Records like a dashcam should
Dashcam Pro records the road in configurable continuous clips and keeps going through a foreground service when the app is backgrounded, the screen turns off, or Android recreates the activity.
Useful driving context
Live and burned-in overlays can show timestamp, speed, GPS coordinates, and address. Speed can use km/h or mph, with accuracy-gated GPS fallback logic.
Storage that cleans up after itself
Recordings are saved locally in Movies/DashcamPro, indexed with Room metadata, and rotated deterministically by deleting the oldest clips first when the storage limit is reached.
