By using Go Trippin you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
1. Your Account
You sign in with Google or Apple and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 to use Go Trippin.
2. Your Content
Trips, places, notes, files and itineraries you add remain yours. You permit us to store them and show them to the people you share them with and, for itineraries you publish, to everyone in the app. Don’t add content you don’t have the right to share, or anything illegal, hateful or misleading.
3. AI Suggestions, Places and Prices
AI drafts, hotel suggestions, estimated prices, travel times and distances are suggestions and may be inaccurate or out of date. Check opening hours, prices, bookings and safety yourself before you travel. Go Trippin is not a travel agent and does not sell bookings, and we are not paid to recommend hotels or places.
4. Pro and Purchases
Go Trippin Pro is sold through Google Play as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them in Google Play, and refunds follow Google Play’s policies. Free trials end automatically. We may change prices for future billing periods with notice.
5. Paid Itineraries
Creators set the price of the itineraries they sell and are responsible for their content.
6. Acceptable Use
Don’t misuse the service, including scraping, reverse engineering, overloading it, or using it to harm others. We may limit or close accounts that do.
7. Availability and Liability
We work to keep Go Trippin available but provide it “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, GoLocal Software Labs is not liable for indirect losses, missed bookings or travel problems arising from use of the app.
8. Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9. Changes and Governing Law
We may update these terms and will revise the effective date when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
